Essential Pharma is seeking a Clinical Supply Planner to join our team. The role involves managing packaging, labelling requirements for clinical trial supplies, inventory control, cold chain storage, and distribution in compliance with GCP and GMP standards. The candidate must ensure adherence to international regulations and manufacturing practices throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical demand and coordinate with manufacturing and clinical teams to ensure timely supply of clinical trial materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast requirements and oversee distribution logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory, including IMP and site destruction/returns strategies.
• Develop and implement SOPs, manage risk assessments, and oversee system setups like IRT.
• Coordinate with external partners, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
