Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Forecast Manager to drive forecasting and budgeting for clinical programs, ensuring on-time supply of IMPs across studies and regions. You will collaborate with manufacturing, packaging, procurement and cross-functional teams to translate study designs into accurate forecasts and manage risks to avoid stockouts.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharma, experience with global trials, and strong project management in a matrix environment; English proficiency

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years' experience in an equivalent job within the pharmaceutical industry with significant international exposure.
• Experience managing complex investigational supplies for global clinical trials.
• Experience in project management and facilitating communications in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical supply forecasting and budgetary requirements of clinical program by providing consolidated estimates of IMPs to be produced compared to patient’s needs.
• Organize forecast reviews for new/on-going studies; translate study design into forecasts and monitor deviations.
• Align with clinical manufacturing to plan semi-finished goods production.
• Coordinate with procurement and packaging planning to translate clinical needs into production plans.
• Develop and optimize forecasts over 3–12 months; propose mitigation for changes in studies.
• Lead IMP estimation meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely engagement.
• Coordinate in a matrix environment; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Lead change management initiatives; ensure compliance with Quality and ESG guidelines.
