Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical supply forecasting and budgetary requirements of clinical programs by providing consolidated estimates of IMPs to be produced versus patient demand.
• Organise forecast reviews with cross-functional departments and ensure integration into planning systems.
• Translate study designs into forecasting models and recruitment projections for 3–12 month horizons.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations, implement corrective actions, and report milestones to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clinical manufacturing, packaging planning, procurement, and distribution to ensure seamless production and delivery.
• Lead risk assessments for stockouts, distribution strategies, and complexity of studies; communicate impacts to the team.
