· Analyse and interpret real-time neurophysiological data to provide immediate feedback to the surgical team.

· Document findings, generate reports, and maintain accurate patient records

· Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other medical personnel to optimise patient safety and surgical outcomes.

· Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for IONM.

· Stay updated with advancements in neurophysiology and intraoperative monitoring techniques.

· Progress through the training program by completing theoretical exams and practical clinical assessments.

· Create pre- and post-operative reflection documents.

· Daily communication with teammates/seniors.
