The NHS is seeking a Clinical Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join their esteemed team. This role focuses on managing complex voice caseloads and involves assessment, treatment, and clinical supervision. This is a career-enhancing opportunity for an experienced, suitably qualified, skilled, and dynamic SLT. The post holder is required to be an autonomous individual capable of developing effective professional relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and key MDT members.
The role involves working with patients who have communication and swallow needs due to ENT-related presentations. The post holder will have experience managing a voice caseload, including complex voice presentations, and will be ready to work at clinical specialist level for voice, providing triage, assessment, treatment, group opportunities, and pathway development on behalf of the service. Experience managing upper airway disorders would be beneficial.

Key requirements
Candidates must have a degree in a relevant therapy profession, HCPC registration as a speech and language therapist, and be working towards or have a Masters degree. Please review the attached job description and person specification for further criteria.
