A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a motivated Specialist Physiotherapist to join their Community Rehabilitation Team. Clinic Based Services are looking to employ a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Physiotherapist to join the Community Rehabilitation Team.
Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, treatment, planning, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based highly specialised AHP interventions within the areas of Community Rehabilitation Services, which could include Intermediate Care, Falls Service and/or Domiciliary Physiotherapy Service dependent on area of need and expertise.
The successful candidate will have evidence of AHP clinical experience equivalent to master’s level in a range of clinical settings, including multi-disciplinary team/multi-agency collaborative working, proven experience of working with complex cases, and experience of working autonomously and managing own caseload.
