Job Responsibilities

1. Participates in clinical consultation and co-treatment with rehabilitation staff.
2. Plans and presents in-service education and continuing education courses as requested.
3. Performs the duties of a staff physical therapist or occupational therapist.
4. Maintains professional growth through seminars, workshops, and affiliations.
5. Participates in clinical instruction of students, as requested.
6. Attends meetings and assists in training/orientation of new personnel.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Entry-level degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts with at least three years of clinical experience.
• Documentation of Specialist Certification.
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Effective communication skills in English.

Position Details

Serves as a clinical resource, plans and conducts treatment programs, and supports program and staff development. Responsible for direct clinical therapy services based on patient needs.

Schedule: Per Diem hours, rotating days, occasional weekends and holidays.

Location: Falmouth, MA at Falmouth Hospital.
