Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the CAMHS Getting More Help service, covering Reading, Wokingham and Newbury. This full-time, permanent role based at Erlegh House, University of Reading, focuses on children and young people with complex mental health needs, delivering specialist OT assessments and interventions.

Competenze

A Clinical registrable qualification is required.
Experience in Children’s Mental Health services is preferred.
The ability to manage complexity within a MDT/team setting.
Be able to work as part of a team.

Mansioni

Deliver advanced OT assessments and interventions using client-centred approaches for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Provide specialist OT advice to the MDT on interventions and evidence-based practice.
Lead on OT service delivery within the CAMHS Getting More Help service.
Offer supervision and training to junior colleagues.
Promote recovery-focused approaches and contribute to service development and audit.
