Job Description:

Are you passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives and ready to step into the dynamic world of medical technology? A leading innovator in chronic pain management is seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist to support the clinical delivery of advanced neuromodulation systems used in spinal cord stimulation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a clinical background — or an ambitious graduate/sales professional — looking to break into the commercial medical devices space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the go-to expert for clinical support — guiding healthcare professionals through device programming, patient follow-ups, and technical troubleshooting
  • Ensure clinical teams are fully equipped and confident in using the technology across scheduled procedures
  • Support surgeons and clinicians in theatres, enabling seamless use of systems and freeing up sales teams to focus on growth
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to assess client needs and tailor support accordingly
  • Manage all post-implementation support, ensuring long-term satisfaction and optimal patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related healthcare or scientific field
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, with the flexibility to travel extensively (over 50% travel required)
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, field-based role
  • Desirable (but not essential):
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospital-based clinical roles
  • Background as a theatre nurse, ODP, or in a similar clinical capacity
  • Exposure to direct client or healthcare provider interaction

Why This Role?

You’ll join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of chronic pain management technology — offering a solution that’s already changing lives. You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring patients and providers get the best from a system built on innovation, clinical data, and real-world success.

If you’re looking for a meaningful career move that blends clinical impact with professional growth — this could be it.
