Our client is a global medical device company offering therapeutic solutions and new hope for adults suffering from chronic pain. The company aims to transform patients’ lives daily by alleviating pain and improving function. Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking a Clinical Specialist in Neuromodulation to join the team. The post holder will support business development activities and marketing campaigns by providing technical, educational, sales and clinical support.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Represents the company during surgeries and implants by providing all necessary equipment and products required for device implants and demonstrates expertise in implant and troubleshooting techniques.
  2. Performs interrogations of company's medical device systems and provides technical support and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
  3. Provides on-call support for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, follow-up, etc. on evenings and weekends.
  4. Educates and trains implanting and referring physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical, clinical, and administrative matters relating to our products by conducting and/or coordinating training sessions, education programs, seminars or symposiums.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

  1. At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree, or 3 years and a Masters degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience working in a hospital environment with an emphasis on OR/ICU experience preferred.
