Job purpose: This position reports directly to the National Director, Clinical Sales, and is the primary sales support resource for the Company and its sales team. The CS supports sales of both traditional and specialty products (e.g., DBE, EUS), supports clinical demonstrations, and assists in closing sales. It also provides education and training to company personnel, customers, and sales partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving sales revenue inside the regional territory as directed.
  • Assist in driving sales outside the primary regional territory as required and approved.
  • Support clinical demonstration processes by direct sales personnel or partners.
  • Lead pre-demonstration processes to ensure successful clinical demos.
  • Drive sales of the Double Balloon Endoscopy (DBE) product line and support FICE Multi-Band ImagingTM education.
  • Train customers on equipment use in clinical settings.
  • Develop educational materials in collaboration with the Product & Marketing Team.
  • Support training of new sales and support personnel.
  • Serve as field-based expert on reprocessing techniques.
  • Support VIP customers as directed.
  • Provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain customer data for future database integration.
  • Attend trade shows as requested.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Adhere to safety policies and comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and other standards.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of field sales or clinical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced therapeutic procedures experience highly preferred.

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Skills and other requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and email applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work on multiple projects.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand basic mathematical calculations for discounts.
Physical requirements
  • Use of hands and fingers for manipulation.
  • Ability to stand, talk, hear, and lift 25-50 lbs.
  • Close vision ability.
Travel
  • Up to 75% travel may be required.
Salary and Benefits:
  • $70,000-$75,000 plus a $49,500 variable bonus.
