Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Specialist to support the use of advanced medical technologies in critical care and organ transplantation. This role involves direct clinical engagement, training, and support across healthcare institutions, ensuring optimal use of innovative systems during complex procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on clinical support during organ retrieval, preservation, and transport procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible, on-call schedule to support clinical cases, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Travel to hospitals and transplant centers across the UK and potentially other regions to assist with clinical implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay case updates and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support training initiatives for healthcare professionals and internal staff.
  • Manage and maintain clinical equipment and inventory at designated logistics hubs.
  • Participate in clinical reviews, data analysis, and market research.
  • Represent the organization at national and international medical congresses and events.
Requirements:
  • Based in the UK, with the ability to travel frequently.
  • Degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., cardiovascular perfusion, nursing) with at least 3 years of experience in a hospital or transplant setting.
  • Experience in CVICU, CVOR, CATH LAB, ED, or transplant environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and expense management tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively.
