A global leader in healthcare products is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the M4 Corridor. This critical role involves facilitating the use of Acumed products in surgical settings, offering training, and managing inventory. The Clinical Specialist will be covering the M4 Corridor and the ideal candidate would be living in or around Bristol or Reading.Acumed products are used in NHS and Private hospitals on a consignment and loan basis. Ensuring that the surgeon has the correct equipment for the patient is critically important. As a Clinical Specialist you will be responsible for the day-to-day account management of the hospitals in your assigned area. This will involve inventory management tasks such as auditing stock, facilitating stock replenishment, loan kit bookings and ensuring implants and instruments are ready and accessible for use.
You will be required to manage the interface between Acumed and the clinical setting, this will enable you to gain insight into the challenges faced by the clinical teams and translate this into solution-focused strategy. Using excellent communication, observational and analytical skills, you will gather clinically-based, customer-centric information, collate and interpret this and communicate it with the Regional Sales Manager. Acumed prioritises facilitating and maintaining strong networks and relationships to promote value-based healthcare and you, as Clinical Specialist, will play a crucial role in this process.
