A healthcare organization in Norwich is seeking a Nursing Associate/Assistant Practitioner to provide care within the SMI Physical Health/Clozapine Service. The candidate should be a qualified Phlebotomist with experience supporting mental health needs. The role involves taking blood tests and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. An exciting opportunity for a Nursing Associate/Assistant Practitioner within the SMI Physical Health/Clozapine Service has arisen.
Working with the Qualified staff and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure that Service Users who attend the clinic receive the appropriate care in a timely and safe manner - whilst providing person centred care.
You will be a qualified Phlebotomist with previous experience of working with Service Users who present with mental health needs.
