Job description

Building on our track record of delivering pioneering research, we are recruiting for Site Facilitators to work on projects at EMS Healthcare in their local region of Bury on a fixed term basis for 52 weeks starting in April 2025.

Our projects are delivered in state-of-the-art Community Research Units across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in ground-breaking clinical trials and work across different locations carrying out clinical trial activities to ensure the successful recruitment and delivery of clinical trials.

Join our innovative team as a Site Facilitator and play a pivotal role in advancing research. You will work in a state-of-the-art mobile clinic that brings cutting-edge healthcare directly to the heart of the community. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ground-breaking research while engaging with diverse populations in their own neighbourhoods.

You will be responsible for Site Management, Participant Interaction, Administrative Duties, Clinical Support, and Participant Services.

You will be part of the Clinical Operations Team at EMS Healthcare and work collaboratively with our other teams to ensure efficient delivery of clinical research projects.

The Closing date for applications is 14th February 2025.

Interviews will be held W/C 24th February 2025.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Education to GCSE Level, grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Business and administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Basic Office Software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Courteous, with excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
  • Attention to detail, particularly following written work instructions, SOP's and Protocols.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for participants.
  • Adult Basic Life support trained
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
