Ward 20 is a 32-bedded inpatient Care of the Elderly Ward located on the 2nd floor of UHCW. Care of the Elderly is part of the Medicine group.
We pride ourselves on our multidisciplinary team and the high standards of care we provide. This role offers opportunities to undertake extended roles, with excellent training and support to develop competence in various areas. Successful applicants will be motivated, eager to develop their nursing skills, and interested in leadership and management.
Applicants should have the skills to support their team, make clinical decisions, and take charge on shifts. You will also support the ward manager in team management, patient safety, and ward performance.
