The Role - Clinical Services Operations Manager

This market leader seeks a commercially astute Clinical Services Operations Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of biomedical engineers providing on-site repair, preventative maintenance, and asset management of medical devices
• Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers within biomedical / clinical equipment sectors
• Building extensive knowledge of customer service needs and providing excellent customer care to retain and grow contracts
• Completing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality assurance, and environmental policies

Your Background - Clinical Services Operations Manager

To succeed in this role:

• You will have experience working in biomedical, clinical, and EBME departments with several years of biomedical experience
• You will have a proven track record in medical device management and strong leadership skills
• You are a strategic thinker with experience in service management, possessing commercial skills and business acumen
• You will foster relationships with customers, acting as the first point of contact, and develop customer understanding
• You will seek to develop new revenue streams and increase market share across a broad product portfolio, participating in new product development and bid strategies
