Job description

Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

In your role as a Clinical Services Manager at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. You will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home, creating and updating individual care plans and maintaining accurate medication records.

Drawing on your clinical experience, you will support and guide your team, build strong community relationships, and enhance the HC-One brand. You will manage staffing levels through efficient rotas and provide out-of-hours cover as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC Code of Practice
  • Experience in person-led care planning in a care home
  • Ability to coach, guide, and support colleagues through formal and informal training
  • Commitment to professional development and adherence to NMC Codes of Conduct
