If you are an experienced Senior Nurse or an existing Clinical Services Manager seeking a new challenge, join our friendly team at Rosebank House in Reading.
Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred care and rehabilitation for patients over 18 with enduring mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a skilled and motivated workforce through recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Oversee staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment management.
- Foster effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to policy, procedure, and process development.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and KPIs.
- Implement clinical interventions and evaluate through governance and audits.
Requirements:
- Recognised post-registration qualification and full NMC membership.
- At least 2 years managerial experience in a care setting.
- Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Innovative mindset and strong communication skills.
This role primarily involves Monday to Friday work, with occasional weekends or nights for supervision and on-call duties.
