Job Opportunity: Clinical Services Manager at Rosebank House, Reading

If you are an experienced Senior Nurse or an existing Clinical Services Manager seeking a new challenge, join our friendly team at Rosebank House in Reading.

Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred care and rehabilitation for patients over 18 with enduring mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a skilled and motivated workforce through recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Oversee staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment management.
  • Foster effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to policy, procedure, and process development.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and KPIs.
  • Implement clinical interventions and evaluate through governance and audits.

Requirements:

  • Recognised post-registration qualification and full NMC membership.
  • At least 2 years managerial experience in a care setting.
  • Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Innovative mindset and strong communication skills.

This role primarily involves Monday to Friday work, with occasional weekends or nights for supervision and on-call duties.
