About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Services Manager (CSM) will provide clinical leadership to the team, oversee the clinical care of residents and ensure that the high standard of care is maintained. Utilising your strong communication skills and outstanding clinical knowledge, you will assist the Director of Nursing in managing staff performance and continue to develop and retain quality staff.

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Services Manager
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent clinical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in staff supervision and development
  • A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
  • Knowledge of care planning
  • Current police check (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable
