• Provide clinical expertise across Critical Care, Respiratory, Neuro, Spinal, and Trauma cases
• Manage, mentor, and support a skilled care team
• Ensure compliance with care plans, safeguarding, and CQC standards
• Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
• Drive quality improvements and service development
