Dovehaven Care Homes is recruiting for a Clinical Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Cedar Garden, Tag Lane, Preston. Working days 8am-8pm with every other weekend involved, 33hrs contract available.

Cedar Garden is a 30-bed dementia specialist, male-only facility. Our aim is to ensure all residents feel comfortable; our homes promote independence, dignity, and respect through positive risk-taking and empowerment.

About the Role

As the Clinical Senior Care Assistant, you will manage the care team within the home, ensuring staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional care to residents. You will promote high standards of care, supervise, and instruct less experienced staff.
