What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) your work directly contributes to the daily management of any successful sales region. Within the job, you would beresponsible for working alongside the Sales Representatives, Key Account Manager's and Regional Sales Manager to service hospitals and provide technical support to all the stakeholders across our Digtial & Technology Solution portfolio.Part of this includes ensuring that the whole experience of using Zimmer Biomet products and services to the complete surgical team is free flowing securing high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Additionally as a CSS you will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products attending surgery as necessary to provide real-time support to cases.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Giving Technical Advice in the OR on ZimmerBiomet Recon & DTS products
  • Provide all the necessary training in the use of ZimmerBiomet products
  • Sales lead generation within Platinum & Silver customers
  • Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock
  • Provides onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives
  • Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
  • Devote adequate time to acquiring the necessary knowledge of ZimmerBiomet and competitive products
  • Undertake other duties such as attendance at sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training etc. when required by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Provide on a monthly basis a report to the Regional Sales Manager, outlining performance, activities and competitive situation

  • Proficient in training internal & external stakeholders
  • Understanding of technical medical language and anatomy to interact with surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Proven organizational skills and effective time management
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills
  • Being able to proactively solve problems in a quick and efficient manner.


Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Outstanding networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute on services
  • Experience across Orthopedics, with specific knowledge of robotic assisted procedures
  • Significant level of clinical expertise
  • Strong presentations skills, customer centric, relationship and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial , target orientation and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving.
  • Team spirit, willing to learn


Travel Expectations

Full driving licence is required for travel across designated region with occassional overnight stays.
