What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will be crucial in managing successful sales regions. You will work alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders within our customer base. Additionally, you will deliver tailored training to ensure surgeons and scrub staff operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries to provide real-time support.
How You'll Create Impact
- Providing technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
- Training users on Zimmer Biomet products
- Generating sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
- Managing logistics around procedure planning and stock
- Supporting product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite
- Following internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
- Adhering to divisional sales strategies under the Regional Sales Manager's guidance
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
- Keeping SalesForce updated for accounts
- Participating in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
- Providing monthly performance and activity reports to the Regional Sales Manager
