What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will manage sales regions, working alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders. You will deliver training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries to provide real-time support.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Providing technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
  • Training staff on product use
  • Generating sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
  • Managing logistics for procedures and stock
  • Supporting product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite
  • Following internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
  • Adhering to sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
  • Gaining knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
  • Updating SalesForce for accounts
  • Participating in sales meetings, exhibitions, and training as required
  • Reporting monthly activities and performance to the Regional Sales Manager
