On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Clinical Risk Solicitor in Bristol to join their dynamic and friendly team. What you'll do:

As a Clinical Risk Solicitor, your role will be:

1. Managing a challenging but fulfilling caseload of defendant clinical negligence work.
2. Drafting legal documents, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims.
3. Preparing cases for and adhering to court deadlines.
4. Providing commercially focused legal advice and working within a clients parameters.
5. Participating in knowledge sharing, training, client seminars, and business development.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Risk Solicitor role is someone with:

1. Up to 5 Years PQE with experience in clinical negligence and personal injury.
2. Experience of an NHS Resolution.
3. Logical approach to handling a variety of clinical negligence claims.
4. A demonstrable ability to adopt a commercial perspective approach to legal issues.
5. Highly client-focused attitude.
6. Team-oriented and collegiate with a willingness to mentor, coach and supervise less experienced members of teams.
