Job summary

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking an Agile Research Delivery Team Assistant Clinical Research Practitioner to support NIHR RDN portfolio studies across varied health and care settings. The post is based at Paget House, Leicester, with extensive travel within the East Midlands region.

You’ll work flexibly across disciplines, supporting research delivery, data collection, and protocol adherence while collaborating with a range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research delivery and data collection.
• Ability to work flexibly across disciplines in a regional network.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and setup of NIHR RDN portfolio studies.
• Coordinate data collection, recording and maintenance for study participants.
• Provide clinical support to patients in trials, including measurements and sample handling.
• Work autonomously across settings to support research across the East Midlands RRDN region.
