Panthera Biopartners seeks a Clinical Research Nurse Manager in Sheffield to lead the nursing team and site operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality clinical research in line with ICH-GCP. You will report to the Site Manager and drive patient-focused care and compliance.

The role combines leadership with hands-on clinical oversight, staff development, patient recruitment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimise site performance and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• NMC registration with no limitations
• 5+ years post-registration nursing experience
• Clinical research experience required
• Experience leading a clinical team
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with minimal supervision
• Patient-focused attitude
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills

Aufgaben

• Oversee nursing activities across the clinical trial lifecycle in line with ICH-GCP.
• Drive site leadership to optimise performance and profitability.
• Lead and develop the nursing team with training and supervision.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety at all times.
• Coordinate training needs and protocol compliance.
• Participate in site meetings and cross-functional discussions.
• Maintain emergency readiness and manage critical incidents.
• Oversee laboratory activities when required.
