About The Role

This is a permanent role working full-time.

The post holder will be working on a range of clinical research studies including pharmaceutical, and peer funded projects in a variety of disease areas. Training will be given to suitable candidates in respect of clinical trial procedures and regulatory processes

This will include the Identification of suitable patients, recruitment and review of all patients whether in an outpatient or inpatient context and the delivery of certain specified clinical Investigations/procedures. The post holder will work closely with all members of the research team ensuring protocols and treatments are strictly adhered to within the necessary tight timelines, evaluate and regularly assess patient safety/compliance.

Welsh Language Skills

The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
