Job Description

Location: Southampton

We are looking for a Salaried Clinical Research Nurse to work within a clinic near Hampshire, Southampton.

Shift Pattern:

Monday -Friday - 0800 - 1600, with potential for one weekend coverage per month.

Immediate start preferred

Requirements:

  • NMC registration
  • 3 years experience within intensive or critical care
  • Clinical Research experience ideal, with working on clinical trials and non-interventional studies, preferably with a primary focus on respiratory and infectious diseases.

Role Purpose and Skills:

  • To take responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of clinical trials and tasks allocated by the nurse manager.
  • To be aware of, and work towards meeting the clinical team’s objectives.
  • To be able to work autonomously, remotely and as part of the nursing team.
  • Assisting and supporting the nurse team in providing high standards of nursing care.
  • Conducting study visits in accordance with study protocols.
