Job summary

CCS-Global is seeking Clinical Research Associates (CRA I & II) to join our UK FSP team for an exclusive client. You will conduct site visits, build site relationships, and manage data with a focus on patient safety and trial quality.

This role offers clear progression into Senior CRA, Lead CRA, and Clinical Project Management within a supportive FSP structure. Ideal candidates have 6–12 months (CRA I) or 12–18+ months (CRA II) of on-site monitoring in the UK, a Life Sciences or Nursing/Pharmacy

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience in the UK (CRA I).
• 12–18 months+ on-site monitoring experience in the UK (CRA II).
• Degree in Life Sciences or Nursing/Pharmacy backgrounds encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of site visits (SQV, SIV, RMV, COV) in accordance with ICH-GCP.
• Build strong relationships with investigative sites across the UK.
• Manage complex clinical data ensuring patient safety and data integrity.
• Collaborate with a global project team to meet enrollment timelines and quality milestones.

The Opportunity

As part of the UK FSP team, you will be at the forefront of innovative trials in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, and Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 6-12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience within the UK (for CRA I) or 12 to 18 months+ (for CRA II).
• Education: A degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Nursing/Pharmacy backgrounds are highly encouraged).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and a "solutions-first" mindset.
• Mobility: A valid UK driving license and the flexibility to travel to sites nationwide.
