Job summary

CCS-Global is seeking Clinical Research Associates (CRA I & II) to join its UK FSP team, working with a premier sponsor. The role focuses on on-site monitoring across Oncology, Immunology, and Rare Disease trials, with clear progression to Senior CRA and beyond.

Applicants should have 6–12 months (CRA I) or 12–18+ months (CRA II) of independent UK on-site monitoring experience, a Life Sciences degree, and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6–12 months' independent on-site monitoring experience in the UK (CRA I).
• 12–18 months+ on-site monitoring experience for CRA II in the UK.
• Degree in Life Sciences or related field; Nursing/Pharmacy backgrounds encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and a solutions-first mindset.
• Valid UK driving license and ability to travel to sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of site visits (SQV, SIV, RMV, COV) in line with ICH-GCP.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with investigative sites across the UK.
• Manage complex clinical data and ensure patient safety and data integrity.
• Collaborate with a global project team to meet enrollment timelines and milestones.

The Opportunity

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Nursing/Pharmacy backgrounds are highly encouraged).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and a "solutions-first" mindset.
