Job summary

CCS-Global is seeking Clinical Research Associates (CRA I & II) to join our UK FSP team for an exclusive client project. You will conduct on-site monitoring within the UK, build strong site relationships, and support trials across Oncology, Immunology, and Rare Disease.

Opportunities for progression to Senior CRA and Lead CRA, with industry-leading training, competitive benefits, and a focus on professional development. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience in the UK (CRA I).
• 12–18+ months on-site monitoring experience (CRA II).
• Degree in Life Sciences or related field. Nursing/Pharmacy backgrounds encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site monitoring visits (SQV, SIV, RMV, COV) per ICH-GCP.
• Build consultative relationships with investigative sites across the UK.
• Manage data quality and patient safety to ensure trial integrity.
• Collaborate with a global project team to meet enrollment timelines.

The Opportunity

As part of the UK FSP team, you will be at the forefront of innovative trials in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, and Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of site visits (SQV, SIV, RMV, and COV) in accordance with ICH-GCP.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with investigative sites across the UK.
• Manage complex clinical data and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity.
• Collaborate with a global project team to meet enrollment timelines and quality milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 6-12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience within the UK (for CRA I) or 12 to 18 months+ (for CRA II).
• Education: A degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Nursing/Pharmacy backgrounds are highly encouraged).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and a "solutions-first" mindset.
• Mobility: A valid UK driving license and the flexibility to travel to sites nationwide.
