Position: Registered Manager - Complex

Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager / Regional Director

Contract type: Full Time, Permanent

About you:

We seek a passionate, qualified nurse to support the growth of our Cera Branch. As a major service provider, we aim to bring support to vulnerable communities and continue our rapid growth as a technology-enabled care provider.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who adopts a commercial and people-first approach and enjoys building successful teams in partnership with local authorities.

You will develop people and processes to ensure a high-performing, compliant branch aligned with wider Cera teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Adopting a Carer-first approach and continually improving care delivery.
  • Creating individualized, person-centered support packages.
  • Reviewing and amending service packages in collaboration with staff and central teams.
  • Evaluating service goals and implementing improvements.
  • Auditing records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Overseeing policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintaining operations within budget and standards.
  • Partnering with finance and operations to monitor expenditure.
  • Building relationships with Business Development teams and Local Authorities.
  • Participating in industry networks and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a regulated care environment.
  • RQF Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
  • Registered Nurse or similar qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Leadership skills and budget management experience.
  • Experience in domiciliary care and complex needs.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care.
