Job Description:

Barnes Lodge is a bright and modern 101-bed, dual-registered care home on the outskirts of Tonbridge in Kent.

The service is recruiting an NMC-registered Care & Clinical Lead to work with the Clinical Lead and General Manager. The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets residents' needs, complies with regulatory and legal standards, and adheres to group policies within operational and financial parameters. The successful candidate will help create a homely and safe environment that respects residents' dignity, wellbeing, and principles of person-centred care.
