Are you a Clinical Psychologist excited to work during times of transformative change? Are you experienced, or have a keen interest, in working with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), complex and developmental trauma, and complex needs? Do you want to help create a nationally important resource supported by one of the leading providers of education and care for young people with SEN?

If so, we have the role for you! We are expanding our Clinical Teams across the UK to work within SEN Schools.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary well-being and therapeutic team providing essential services to meet the needs of the people we care for.

We have multiple vacancies throughout the UK, with new opportunities arising soon. View all current vacancies at:

  • Post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs (e.g., trauma, mental health, behaviors of concern)
  • Ability to collaborate with key partners
  • Work sensitively and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial post-qualification experience with adults and/or children
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
  • Skills in data management for service development and project work
