Job summary

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join the Swanwick Lodge Secure Children's Home in Hampshire. Band 7 role with a clear development pathway to Band 8a, supporting up to 10 young people and working within SECURE STAIRS framework.

You will be part of an integrated health and wellbeing team, providing supervision, training and formulations for young people, with a commitment to reflective practice and leadership development; the post is for 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified psychologist.
• Band 7 role with development pathway to Band 8a.
• Experience in secure children's home settings would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellbeing support to the wider team, including delivery of training and reflective spaces.
• Support the integrated team to engage in formulations for the young people.
• Work within the SECURE STAIRS framework and contribute to leadership development.
