Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is supporting a leading rehabilitation service in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, to recruit a Clinical Psychologist.

You will provide psychological assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver CBT-based interventions for adults with complex mental health needs, aiming to uphold high professional standards within a multidisciplinary team. The post offers £38,000–£50,000 per year, a full-time, on-site role with generous leave and development benefits.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a practitioner psychologist and BPS Chartered status are required.
• Experience delivering psychological assessments and formulations.
• CBT skills and risk assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with autism, complex mental health needs, and personality disorder is advantageous.
• Ability to work with complex needs in rehabilitation service.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments using tests, interviews and observations.
• Formulate and plan psychological treatment across care settings.
• Deliver a range of psychological interventions and refine formulations.
• Develop and manage group work programmes and ensure outcome measures.
• Maintain high professional standards and clinical governance.
