Are you an empathetic Clinical Psychologist with excellent interpersonal skills?

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to work within a physical health setting at a children’s hospital in Coventry, Warwickshire. This is a locum role starting immediately for an ongoing period of 3 months, with full-time hours expected. The qualified Clinical Psychologist will help establish a pathway for patients with fatigue, including long Covid. The post holder will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, CBT Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Registered Mental Health Nurses. Travel to different services and patients’ homes may be required, and full vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in adult mental health
  • Experience in physical health, especially chronic fatigue
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
