Job summaryIMPART is a friendly, innovative team delivering third wave CBT therapies to clients with difficulties consistent with a personality disorder and high risk. The role involves providing therapy, managing 3-4 staff members, and taking responsibility for areas of team functioning and development. The senior staff support staff and trainees to move to adherence in the models and to develop clinically.

Opportunities exist for training in other third wave CBT therapies.
IMPART is closely linked to the psychology department at University College London, and staff participate in supporting the doctorate in clinical psychology through reflective practice facilitation, teaching, and research. IMPART staff benefit from a wide range of CPD available through UCL.
