Are you keen to join a service that prioritizes neuro-affirmative practice and values early intervention? Would you like to be part of an established cohort of Clinical Psychologists? If so, we are recruiting a Clinical Psychologist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and interventions for preschool and school-aged children with neurodevelopmental conditions.
Children's Neurodevelopmental Service (Autism and ADHD) is seeking a passionate professional to support children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions. The role involves being part of a large, multidisciplinary team that values neuro-affirmative practice and early intervention. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and interventions for preschool and school-aged children.
The service is part of the wider Learning Disability and Autism Directorate within the Trust, offering strong clinical supervision and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities. We have received a 'Good' rating from the CQC, with an 'Outstanding' for care and compassion, and have been recognized nationally for our services.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a comprehensive range of physical, mental health, and learning disability services across many sites, serving over one million residents in Coventry, Warwickshire, and beyond. We see approximately 5,000 patients daily.
The role involves working within the Children's Integrated Directorate, with established links to local Clinical Psychology courses and contributions to teaching and placements for students and trainees. Applicants should have substantial experience working with children and young people, including the use of neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessment tools. Travel is required, and a valid driver’s license or suitable alternative transport is essential. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

Salary: £53,755 to £60,504 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
