A healthcare organization in Pembroke Dock is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to enhance the psychological care of clients. The post requires a good honours degree in psychology to support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the service, providing psychological assessment and interventions. The role involves working independently according to a plan and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include assisting in clinically related administration, conducting audits, collecting statistics, developing audit and other projects, and teaching. All clinical psychologists receive regular clinical supervision in accordance with professional practice guidelines. The post also involves assisting in the design and implementation of service development projects and utilizing research skills to guide service modernization.
