The countywide Adult Eating Disorder team are looking for a committed Clinical Psychologist, able to provide complex psychological care planning, complex assessment, consultation, and clinical supervision.
Our teams Clinical Psychologists are integral to our service in delivering on highly complex integrative psychological care planning, consultation, supervision, service development, and the development of psychology and psychological professionals.
This is a developmental role and the successful applicant will be supported to achieve the required competencies to progress into a Band 8a High Specialised Clinical/Counselling Psychologist position within the team.
Main duties of the jobYou will be part of a multi-disciplinary Adult Eating Disorders team, who are focused on ensuring our clients get the right help at the right time.
Your expertise is essential in the new clinical model whereby we are striving to deliver on our objectives of trauma informed care, shared decision making, needs led, and evidence-based interventions.
You will be supporting the ED team through a period of innovation to align with the ICA areas across Cornwall in line with Transformation.
You will be delivering complex integrated psychological interventions to our clients with Anorexia Nervosa, as well as consultation for other care professionals both inside and outside of the team.
You will also be offering Clinical Supervision and developing learners in practice.
