Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting two Clinical, Counselling or Practitioner Psychologists to join our Community Mental Health Team in North Warwickshire (Rugby and Nuneaton). You will manage your own caseload within a friendly multidisciplinary team and receive supervision from an 8B Clinical Psychologist, with a pathway to band 8A development.

Qualifications

• Evidence of experience in CMHTs with non-psychosis pathway.
• Ability to manage own caseload with supervision.
• Openness to development from band 7 to 8A.
• Experience with psychological assessments, formulations and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Hold own caseload and provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions.
• Offer team formulation, staff training and consultancy on psychological issues.
• Provide supervision and reflective practice within the team.
• Contribute to audit, service development and research activities.
