Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist for a leadership role in our Forensic and Criminal Justice Psychology Services. The successful candidate will support teams and individuals with complex mental health needs, overseeing services across various pathways including secure inpatient units and community teams.

Main Duties
  • Provide clinical leadership to the psychology team, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
  • Conduct specialist psychological assessments, including neuropsychological and risk assessments.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with NICE guidelines.
  • Develop and enhance person-centred, responsive services.
  • Engage with service users, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies to ensure coordinated care.
  • Support supervision, training, and consultation within teams.

Candidate Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist.
