Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join the Complex Community Care Teams within CYPMH in Burnley. You will provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based therapy for children and young people up to age 18, contributing to MDT discussions and service development.

The post involves working across East Lancashire, with opportunities to utilise ROMS and a range of modalities.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with CAMHS experience.
• Deliver high-quality psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy.
• Able to travel across East Lancashire and work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and therapy including ROMS.
• Offer advice and consultation to non-psychology colleagues and carers.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and service policies.
• Use research skills for audit and service development.
