Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Bury is seeking a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist to join the Core CAMHS team. You will provide specialist psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to children and young people up to 18 years, drawing on CBT, DBT, EMDR and other modalities.

You will work autonomously within professional guidelines, coordinate care across multidisciplinary colleagues, and contribute to audit, service development and CPD.

Qualifications

• Specialist psychologist with ability to conduct complex assessments for children and young people up to 18 years.
• Experience delivering multiple psychological therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR) to CAMHS populations.
• Evidence of clinical governance and audit/research activity in mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessments and formulations for CYP up to 18.
• Develop and deliver a range of psychological interventions.
• Lead risk assessment and management within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care and chair reviews with families and professionals.
• Support training, supervision, and professional development within CAMHS.
