An opportunity has arisen for a Fixed Term Band 7/8a clinical psychologist to join our established Multi-Disciplinary Community Rehabilitation Team.
The Community Rehabilitation Team provides specialist community rehabilitation and is one component of the Rehabilitation Pathway, offering both inpatient and community services for adults with complex psychosis who have identified rehabilitation needs.
Our aim is to ensure people can experience rehabilitation when they need it, promoting a positive approach to long-term recovery.
The post holder will participate fully in multidisciplinary clinical teams and apply knowledge and skills in general aspects of clinical psychology, particularly in the assessment, formulation, and treatment of individuals under the care of the rehabilitation service.
You will receive clinical supervision from a Band 8b Clinical Psychologist working within the Rehabilitation Pathway.
There may be opportunities for further training depending on the team's skill mix.
This position is open to newly qualified psychologists starting at band 7 or as an experienced Band 8a.
