About The Role:

We are looking for experienced Clinical Psychologists to join RTN Diagnostics. This role focuses on assessing and diagnosing ADHD and autism in adults and children while contributing to service development and multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

We are currently focused on two core projects: ADI-R assessments and summary formulation work.

  • Conduct ADI-R interviews with caregivers as part of autism diagnostic assessments (requires HCPC registration and ADI-R training).
  • Review pre-assessment materials to support diagnostic decision-making.
  • Produce concise summary formulations based on assessment data to inform clinical conclusions.
  • Undertake standalone summary formulation work for both child and adult cases — no client contact, just review and write-up.
  • All admin, scheduling, and report collation is handled by our internal team; you focus purely on clinical input.
  • Rates vary by project.

About You:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) accredited by the HCPC.
  • HCPC registration
  • Trained in ADI-R, ADOS, DIVA, ACE
  • Experience in assessing and diagnosing ADHD and autism in children and/or adults using assessment tools like ADIR ADOS DIVA ACE.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and independently.
  • Excellent summary formulation, report-writing and record-keeping skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
  • Experience in both NHS and private sector settings.
