Requirements:

  1. HCPC registration (Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist)
  2. Post Graduate Doctorate in Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychology
  3. Prison Clearance (Desirable but not essential)
  4. Right to work in the UK with minimum 1 year NHS experience

Pertemps Psychological Therapies are seeking to appoint an experienced HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist to provide locum support for our client based in Lancashire. The successful applicant will be based part time in a HMP service supporting the IMHT, undertaking psychological assessments and delivering interventions to cases of complexity.

This role offers an immediate start with the ideal candidate being able to offer 2.5 days per week; however, we will consider varying availability.

Compliance requirements:

Pertemps Psychological Therapies are proud to have been awarded places on all Frameworks for NHS supply. In response to this, you will need to supply documentation to start work, some of which includes:

  • DBS check
  • Occupational Health Clearance (proof of immunity to Hep B, Measles and Rubella)
  • Right to work – Passport/Visa
  • Mandatory Training
  • Qualification Certificates
